Director of Nursing

As a Director Of Nursing in a skilled long term care facility for 7+ years, I was responsible for directing all aspects of the Nursing Department, knowledgeable of the inner working of long term care facilities which qualifies me to quickly and cost effectively review your cases involving long term care issues and help with locating expert witnesses.

Research  Strategies

Nearly 1 1/2 years of providing clinical care on a medical/surgical floor, labor and delivery and the Emergency Room, plus the use of my CLNC Medical Literature Research Strategies qualifies me to research material and provide education on basic health care cases so you can focus your time and energy on other aspects of the case.

Medical  Records

My nursing experience with reviewing medical records and working with Electronic Medical Records qualifies me to critique the content of medical records thoroughly with a critical eye easing the pain of deciphering records that are often confusing to interpret.

Medical Records Review

Identify and review relevant medical records, hospital records, hospital policies and procedures, other essential documents and other tangible items.

Assess the alleged damages and/or injuries.

Define ‘Standards Of Care’.

Define deviations from or adherence to the ‘Standards Of Care’.

Assist with many other aspects of the Discovery, ADR, and Trial processes.
